Westland Distillery in Seattle, Washington, sources 100% malted barley and employs its signature multi-malt grain billcombining the house Signature Five Malt with Washington Pale Malts. The Garryana 10th Edition is matured for a full 10 years, its first age-statement release, and features a unique cask composition: native Pacific Northwest Garry Oak (Quercus garryana) first- and second-fill, supported by Pedro Ximnez sherry hogsheads, rum barriques and ex-bourbon barrels. Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof) and non-chill-filtered, it reflects the distillerys commitment to terroir, craft and native wood.
