Cincoro Extra Aejo is avery rare tequila produced in limited batches. Much like their younger aged variants, Extra Aejo is aged in used Tennessee whiskey barrels for 40-44 months in an underground cellar, far exceeding the required period for Extra Aejo tequilas. The nose will pick up subtle notes of wood, spices, and light cooked agave, followed by an intense taste of oak, sweet agave, caramel, and light vanilla on the palate.

Aroma: Subtle wood notes blend with sweet cooked agave, baking spices, dried fruits, and caramel.
Taste: It’s very complex with light toasted oak, sweet cooked agave, white chocolate, lingering spices, and light coffee.
Finish: A complex, extra long finish, reminiscent of a fine cognac. It ends with toasted oak, dried fruits, baking spices, and light agave.
