Nose: Bright aromas and flavors of fresh meringue, powdered sugar, cucumber and cane stalk with a supple.

Palate: Fruity-yet-dry medium-full body and a long, tingling pepper, sweet cream.

Finish: Wet stone accented finish

Distillery Information

The history of the distillery, formerly known as Domaine de l’Acajou, dates back to the 19th century when Homre Clment, a doctor and farmer, began growing sugar cane on his estate. The distillery was founded in 1917 and taken over by Homre’s son Charles Clment after his death in 1923.
