Buon Padre is a complex, full bodied wine that opens with notes of preserved fruit and spices, and is backed by nuances of earth, leather, and wild flowers. It is aged in tini for 36-40 months and is bottled unfiltered before further refining in bottle for 6 months. Approachable upon release, Viberti Buon Padre will only improve with time.
