Sourced from the historic Le Haut-Lieu vineyardthe original site of the estatethis wine is crafted entirely from Chenin Blanc grown on deep clay and limestone soils, which lend both richness and structure. The 2020 vintage shows a beautiful interplay between ripeness and freshness, offering a generous aromatic profile of quince, yellow plum, wildflowers, and light honeyed notes.

Classified as Demi-Sec, the wine retains a noticeable but well-integrated residual sugar, balanced by Chenin Blancs naturally high acidity.
