The Limestone Coast is a celebrated part of South Australias winemaking history.It represents some of the great vineyard sites of South Australia including Coonawarra, Wrattonbully, Padthaway and Robe all known for their production of fuller bodied wines style so making the perfect fruit source for the Bare Winemakers wines. The climate of the Limestone Coast is characterized by warm summers, cool winters and during the growing season warm days and cool nights,ensuring even ripening.550 cases made single parcel from an established vineyard. Fermented in three tonne open top fermenters with whole bunch influence and hand plunged twice daily. Partially matured in seasoned small format French oak before bottling with minimal S02.
