Hewing closer to the serious?end of the pinot noir spectrum than wed normally see (thanks to a very low-yielding vintage), the nose is all luscious red fruitstrawberries, rhubarb, redcurrants and maraschino cherrieswhile the palate brings in some more savoury, peppery notes and some earthy, dusty tannins. Enjoyably complex, itll pair beautifully with a winter-vegetable ratatouille.
