Aromas and flavors of potpourri, plum sauce, polished leather, and blackberry with a round, crisp, dry medium body and a warming, charming, medium-length finish with suggestions of blackberry compote, black cherry jam, leather and chocolate, and chambord with medium tannins and light oak flavor. Ripe and juicy fruits layered with sweet chocolate and vanilla undertones, this is a crowd pleasing Cab.
