ABOUT THE WINE
Sourced from high-elevation vineyards in Terra Alta, the 2022 ‘Portal’ Blanco is a blend of organically farmed Garnacha Blanca and Sauvignon Blanc, grown in limestone-rich soils that lend clarity and tension to the wine. The grapes are hand-harvested and gently pressed before fermentation in stainless steel, followed by brief aging on lees to enhance texture and mouthfeel. Garnacha Blanca brings stone fruit and weight, while Sauvignon Blanc adds freshness, green citrus, and aromatic lift. The wine is expressive yet balanced, ideal with grilled seafood, romesco dishes, paella, or Manchego cheese.
