This technical expression features a mash bill of 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. The maturation protocol utilizes an initial aging period in new charred American white oak followed by a secondary finishing stage in hand-selected Ruby Port wine casks. Notably, the 2023 release is the first Cask Strength edition overseen by Master Distiller Owen Martin, focusing on a selection of barrels that highlight a refined balance between charred oak tannins and vinous fruit esters.

Produced at the Angels Envy Distillery in Louisville, Kentucky, this 2023 release was limited to a total allocation of 22,656 bottles.
