This wheated bourbon is defined by a technical maturation process utilizing the distillery’s heirloom yeast strain and signature mash bill of soft red winter wheat. This specific bottling is engineered to honor the legendary racehorse “Lexington” and coincides with the 250th anniversary of the city of Lexington.

After aging in new charred American white oak barrels within the hand-rotated warehouses of Loretto, the spirit achieves a harmonious equilibrium between the creamy sweetness of the wheat and the subtle structural depth of the charred oak, featuring collectible artwork by Kentucky artist Tyler Robertson.
