Single Malt Whisky aged for 3 years in sake casks from a familiar brand to Bin Bin, Akashi. This is a new product from Eigashima Shuzo, we’re really excited about it! Some fruit & sweetness on the nose from the sake casks, but tastes more of sweet rice, dried fruit and toasted nuts. Only 2,400 bottles produced.
