Aultmore is a Scotch whiseky distillery in Keith, Banffshire, producing an epinomous single malt whisky. Its name is a derived from the phrase An t-Allt Mr, Gaelic for big burn, referring to its water source the Auchinderran burn.It was founded in 1895 by Alexander Edward.

Nose: Sweet vanilla, pineapple, lemon and lime juice with a touch of golden syrup.

Taste: Creamy and sweet with lots of honey and then some leaf salad, soft blue cheese notes and much more citrus notes.

Finish: Chewy fruits with a hint of spice and lots of citrus notes.
