Bibi Graetz ‘Colore’ Rosso 2021

Colore represents Graetzs most ambitious Sangiovese, sourced from extremely old vines located across some of Tuscanys most prized hillside vineyards. These vines produce very low yields, giving the wine remarkable depth and concentration. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in French oak barrels, the 2021 is a true vin de garde revealing dark cherry, plum and spice layered with refined tannins and mineral tension. Despite its richness the wine maintains impressive balance and remarkable freshness.
