Bimber Distillery was founded by whisky lovers, with a mission to produce high-quality single malt whisky with character, using traditional methods that are rarely seen today. Located in London, UK, and they filled their very first cask on May 26 2016. Thisexpressionwas released June 2021. Total outturn: 5000 bottles worldwide.

Nose:Honey, creamy vanilla and mandarin orange. Sticky toffee pudding with a hint of chocolate coconut.

Palate: Creamy mouthfeel withhoney and a touch of waxiness. Creamy vanilla and coconut carry though from the nose and then a touch of white pepper on the back palate.

Finish:Medium, astringent finish with tropical fruits: grapefruit, pineapple, coconut and banana.
