From London’s Bimber Distillery, this English single malt is part of the Shoulders of Giants series which pays homage to significant people and their contributions. This particular release celebrates Ludwig van Beethoven. It was aged in a single bourbon cask which was filled into 242 bottles without chill filtration or artificial colourings at a strength of 58.7% ABV.

Dariusz Plazewski, a Polish man with a moonshining family background, founded Bimber Distillery. “Bimber” means ‘moonshine’ in Polish. Plazewski wanted to mix Polish distilling traditions with London’s craft drink scene. Besides whisky, Bimber Distillery makes gin, vodka, and fruit brandies. The Bimber Gin has selected botanicals, making it fresh and vibrant. Their fruit brandies use real fruit. This shows their dedication to natural ingredients and authentic flavours.
