Chateau Guibeau has been organic since 2009 and produces wonderfully concentrated yet fresh wines. The grapes are manually harvested from vines with an average age of 28 years. The nose shows red fruit character with hints of vanilla, which carry through to a well-structured palate with a lengthy aromatic finish.
85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon & 5% Cabernet Franc.
