Nose: It has very pleasant and lovely aromas.

Palate: Juicy apple, warming baking spice, and a little cherry are supported by notes of caramel, vanilla, and treacle.

Finish: Peppery warmth on the finish.

“We started the brand after an enormous fire engulfed our family farm. The fire inspired the brand and the flavours we use that’s why we roast the spices for our Spiced Rum ourselves and why we use apple wood from our own orchard to smoke our Smoked Rum.”
