Cantina Orsogna Lunaria Ruminat Primitivo (Biodynamic)

Primitivo is usually found in the ‘heel of the boot’ region of Puglia, but this vibrant biodynamic example comes from a little further up the east coast, in Abruzzo. There’s an intense purity of fruit with black cherry, blackcurrant, herbs and spice, fragranced with mint. It’s juicy summer pudding berries in a glass with soft tannins and a balancing acidity.
