Cream of Kentucky 11.5 Years Old

The 3rd batch of Cream of Kentucky pushes the age statement up, as former Four Roses master distiller Jim Rutledge continues to slowly release a limited supply of Kentucky bourbon worthy of the rebirth of Cream of Kentucky.

Sweet fruit flavors are proudly on display and are reinforced by additional notes of caramel, vanilla, and milk chocolate. This is nicely balanced against a hearty oak and nut element. Overall a decent amount of complexity and mingling of flavors makes this an interesting palate and one thats quite fun to drink.
