Del Maguey Chichicapa Mezcal is an artisanal single-village organic mezcal made from Espadn agaves. These agaves are harvested from the village of San Baltazar Chichicapa in Oaxaca, Mexico. Naturally fermented and twice distilled in wood-fired copper stills. Bottled at 48%.
Nose: Sweet roasted agave and toasted corn.
Palate: Dried fruit and sweet almond.
Finish: Chocolate and mint.
