The Demarie familys roots in winemaking stretch back to the late 1800s. The estate, officially founded in 1957 by Giovanni Demarie, remains family-run, now led by Aldo and Paolo. Their 30-hectare estate in Roero focuses on native varietals, organic farming, and terroir-driven winemaking. In 2013, they built a state-of-the-art, eco-friendly winery powered by solar energy. Alongside traditional wines, they explore natural techniques, including pt-nats and skin-contact whites.
