Envnate is the collaborative project of four enology school friends, Roberto Santana, Alfonso Torrente, Laura Ramos, and Jos Martnez, who reunited to create terroir-driven wines in underappreciated Spanish regions. From the slopes of Ribeira Sacra to the volcanic vineyards of the Canary Islands, their work champions low-intervention, hand-harvested, organically farmed wines fermented with wild yeasts and raised in neutral oak or concrete. Envnates philosophy is simple: minimal interference, maximum expression.
