Etrah Pet Nat, Poggiosecco 2019 (Tuscany, Italy)

A rustic sparkler of Vermentino from the organically farming Tuscan winery Poggiosecco. Gently fizzy with a nose of orange blossom, salt and quince and a yeasty hefeweizen-like textured plate bearing semi-tropical notes of lemon curd, dried pineapple and ginger root. Naturally fermented with a brief period of skin contact and left non-disgorged in its hazy glory.
