Flneur ‘La Belle Promenade’ Chehalem Mountains Chardonnay 2021

This single vineyard Chardonnay bottling showcases a balanced medley of oak, citrus and floral notes with age worthy acidity and structure.

Delicious aromas are reminiscent of a pastry bakery filled with powdered sugar, brled marshmallow, nutmeg, clove play with blooming spring florals and jasmine tea. Flavors are replete with yellow orchard fruits, mandarin, raw honey, and jasmine. The palette rushes with racing acidity followed by a hint of round and nutty complexity that will only add to personality with age.

100% La Belle Promenade Vineyard | Chehalem Mountains AVA | 700 – 800 Elevation | Northeastern & Southwestern Exposure | Volcanic Soils, Jory & Nekia | Planted to Mixed Pinot Noir Clones | La Belle Promenade Vineyard is planted to 36 acres of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Grner Veltliner and Aligot. It sits on top of volcanic soils, with the western portion of the site consisting of a thick layer of fractured basalt. Due in part to its high elevation, this site allows for great diversity in concert with our other estate vineyard, Flanerie.
