The resulting wine is a reflection of the respect for mother nature and a fastidious, more delicate approach to winemaking. A velvety entry with balanced acidity and fine tannins on the finish. Flavors of dark cherry, plum, graphite, herbs and wet earth are reminiscent of this cooler vintage.
