Hakutaka Ise Jingu Goryoshu

Hakutaka sake is so admired that it was selected as the sacred sake of Mie prefectures Ise Jingu Shrine, where it has been offered to the gods for the last 100 years. While that sacred sake is kept private, the brewery released this bottle to commemorate their honored role. Crafted using the traditional kimoto method, this junmai spotlights the umami of the rice, finishing clean and strong.
