Hrslevel is a grape susceptible to botrytis and it’s readily apparent in the 2021 from Tokaj Nobilis.Fermented dry, it gives the impression of sweetness in aroma and texture but is actually minerally and dry. Lime, salt, and smoke, like a mezcal margarita.
