Invariably bottled at 50% strength to maintain drinkability, each new expression is non-chill filtered to ensure that the personality of each cask remains.

Distilled in 2007, bottled in 2022. Matured in sherry butt casks. Only 518 bottles released.

Nose – Ripe summer fruits, caramel sauce and honey.
Palate – Smoked ham, ginger, dark chocolate.
Finish – Long and lingering with distinct pepperiness.
