Ichinokura Himezen Yuzu

Made with whole, peeled Tadanishiki yuzu from southern Miyagi prefecture, this lemon-like sake is sweet and tart, yet mild. Despite being made with genshu (undiluted sake), the final ABV is just 7.5%.
