Description:Grenache is one of the best and most commonly used grapes for ros production due to its fruity complexity, high acid content and elegant color contribution. Trio Marguerite Vineyard sits at elevation between Ukiah and Redwood Valley and provides beautiful, organic fruit with a great depth of flavor that evolves beautifully in time. It’s proximity to the Pacific Ocean seems to lend a unique salinity to the wine. A ros to contemplate.Vinification:Whole cluster pressed, directly off skins with no cold soak. Naturally fermented dry in Flex Tank. Aged sur lie for 5 months.
