This lightly peated dram showcases the Isle of Raasay unique six-part maturation. Peated and unpeated Isle of Raasay spirit are matured separately in first fill Rye Whiskey, Chinkapin oak and first fill Bordeaux red wine casks – A first of this cask combination in Scotch whisky history.
