A special edition Johnnie Walker Blue Label, produced as a collaboration between Master Blender Emma Walker and world-renowned chef Kei Kobayashi, to create a limited-edition blend that captures the elusive taste of umami. Umami is a Japanese term for a savoury flavour that is often described as meaty or brothy. The Nagano-born chef is most acclaimed for his Parisian restaurant Kei, which was awarded three Michelin stars in 2020, a first for a Japanese chef in France. Bottled at 43%. (Bottle size 750ml)
