La Gourdoline Pet Nat Rose, Pierrot Tinto 2021 (Languedoc, France)

100% Grenache.Notes of raspberry and wild berries with some hints of grapefruit. After a few minutes, the wine will display some clementine and white peach aromas. The wine is truly alive. The wine is mouth-filling silky and dry (there is no residual sugar) but the fruitiness in the palate tends to make you think differently the acidity is moderate, and the final goes onto fig jam hints with a tiny touch of saltiness (like an ocean breeze).
