NATURAL / VEGAN / NO ADDED SULPHITES
A classy white burgundy from a 25 year-old parcel of Chardonnay on the outskirts of Pronne, considered the best part of the Mcon-Villages appellation. Planted in clay/limestone soil, the fruit tends to keep its acidity due to a cooler microclimate, resulting in a bright, fresh wine. Only lightly fined and filtered and lightly sulphured.
