A skin contact white blend of whole bunch Gewrztraminer on the skins for one week, and direct press Sylvaner. It aged on the lees in oak demi-muids and foudres before bottling. This medium-bodied, medium tannin dry white is aromatic with lychee, star anise, and dried apricots.
