Food Pairing: Perfectly pairs with strangozzi with red onion and bacon, barbecue with spicy sauce, Florentine steak, sliced beef with balsamic dressing and extra virgin olive oil, roast beef with baked potatoes, stewed eel, aubergine caponata, skewered chicken, cheeses slightly aged (pecorino, parmesan), traditional Bolognese lasagna. Due to its moderate body it is also excellent in the preparation of sauces.

Description: Red with a balanced body, it has a beautiful ruby color and typically spicy aromas with strong references to pepper and sweet tobacco and a background of red and violet jam. Pleasantly drinkable, it has good concentration, ripe and harmonious tannins with a long fruity aftertaste.
