Slection Saint Sauvant is a blend of cognacs from the Merlet family that have reached optimum maturity. Developed by Gilles and his sons Pierre and Luc, fifth generation of Distillateurs Merlet, each blend is unique and produced in limited series. It is the result of an expert and rigorous selection among the cognacs they have inherited from their familys activity.
