Nino, Es D’Aqui 2019 (Languedoc, France)

This is a blend of Braucol and Duras from old organic vineyards in Limoux, fermented with native yeast partial whole cluster and aged in Amphora, then bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. Wild dark berry and red plum fruit with spiced pickles and earthy minerality. Jean-Louis Pinto buys organic fruit from his friends around the south of France and makes wild natural wines for the more adventurous nerds.
