This triple distilled, traditional vodka has been created using a world-first process. Hundreds of locally sourced oyster shells are carefully placed in the columns of our two small copper alembic stills to replicate the purifying power of a much larger column still.
Producing only 400 hundred bottles at a time, the result is a beautifully smooth unfiltered vodka that retains all the flavour characteristics of the base wheat spirit.
Smooth enough to drink straight, this vodka is a ground-breaking addition to the Australian vodka scene and small-scale artisan spirits production.
