Nouveau Nez, Romain Le Bars 2019 (Rhone, France)

This is a blend of Carignan, Cinsault, Mourvdre, Grenache from a single vineyard in the deep southern Rhone valley, made all in steel, full carbonic and bottled without sulfur. Juicy and chuggable and should definitely be served with a chill. Romain is a rising star and former apprentice to Eric Pfifferling of L’Anglore.
