ABOUT THE WINE
This non-vintage cuve is crafted primarily from Chardonnay, with supporting roles from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, sourced from estate-owned vineyards across the Cteaux du Petit Morin and Szanne. The grapes are hand-harvested and vinified in stainless steel to preserve purity of fruit, followed by extended aging on the lees for a minimum of 3 yearswell beyond the regional minimum. The result is a Champagne that offers generous orchard fruit, subtle toasty nuances, and a lifted, saline edge. A precise dosage balances the wines vibrancy without muting its mineral backbone. Champagne Nomin-Renard is a family-run grower Champagne house based in Villevenard, founded in 1960 by Andr Nomin. Today, the third generation oversees the estate, maintaining a deep-rooted commitment to quality and terroir expression. The family farms 20 hectares of vines using sustainable viticulture across multiple terroirs in the Marne Valley and its surrounding hillsides, with a focus on low yields and meticulous vineyard care.
