Made from Ugni blanc. Aged in French Oak barrels.

Tasting notes – At room temperature, fresh fruit aromas such as apricot and peach, followed by more concentrated notes of plum and cooked/stewed fruit, even tarte Tatin. With the warmth from hand on glass, aromas evolved to riper, stewed fruit of summer with spicy finish. Long finish.
