Using six-row Indian barley malted in-house and distilled in traditional copper pot stills, the whisky begins its life in ex-bourbon casks, gaining structure and vanilla smoothness.

It is then finished in hand-selected Pedro Ximnez sherry casks from Andalusia, Spain prized for their sweet, raisined character where the whisky absorbs deep mahogany color and rich dessert-wine complexity.
