Rare Perfection 12 yr old Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey is a Cask Strength with very little filtering. The distillers screen for larger particles, never chill-filter, and go for flavor over clarity. Rare Perfection whiskeys can be a little cloudy at times, but thats what unfiltered whiskey looks like! The cloudiness comes from invisible baby flavorbombs called esters, minuscule fatty acids the difference between good whiskey, and big, rich Kentucky Bourbon, that mouth coating, keep reaching for your glass stuff.
