Raw Honey – 1/2 Pound Jar

Barr Hill Raw Honey is the distinctive ingredient in Barr Hill Gin, Tom Cat Gin, and Barr Hill Vodka. It is always kept raw (never heated or pasteurized) to retain the depth of the character of the land from which it comes. Its floral depth is a testament to the hard work of the honey bees that forage our region. This is truly one of nature’s most precious treasures. Try one for yourself or as a gift!

Honey is an agricultural product and will have natural variation in color and flavor from season to season. Also, real raw honey will crystallize over time. If this happens you can place the honey jar directly in warm (not hot) water, remove the lid and as the honey warms you can stir until the crystals dissolve.
