A limited release 2024 expression of the NZ Gin Day gin – A collaboration in support and recognition of NZ Gin Day.

Each year a new distillery is selected to create and distil a new gin recipe built from botanicals supplied by eight New Zealand distillers. This year the team at Elemental Distillers have proudly accepted the task and delivered a contemporary style gin with a story of regional distillers told thorough a complex palate.

A contemporary modern gin with a spicey lemon wood aromatic balanced against a fruity and herbaceous palate with silky mouthfeel and fresh pepper finish.

Serve with an Indian Tonic water and slice of fresh grapefruit or mixer of your choice.
