The Coolart Road F Block sits on lower, warmer soils compared to their higher-altitude sites, producing Pinot of darker fruit and plush texture. The 2023 vintage is deep ruby with aromas of black cherry, plum and subtle spice, framed by notes of earth and fine French oak. The palate is concentrated yet elegant, with supple tannins and a savoury, mineral undertone that keeps everything in balance.
