This 2022 release of The Dalmore 30YO Single Malt is yet another complex animal that will surely prance around your taste buds for years to come. Matured in ex-Bourbon barrels and finished in Tawny Port pipes which previously held Graham’s 1982 Single Harvest Tawny Port, this magnificent stag boast aromas of juicy Victorian plums, sticky toffee apple, moist ginger bread, Morello cherries and warm brioche, complemented by notes of Black Forest gateau, Maraschino cherries, freshly brewed Colombian coffee, soft chewy liquorice, Sanguinello blood oranges and dark chocolate throughout the palate.
