The Original Newcastle London Dry Gin

Lovingly created at our commercial distillery within the ancient Newcastle City walls at Bealim House, Gallowgate.

It takes over seventy-two hours for us to lovingly create our light oral gin using a combination of age-old distilling techniques, including maceration and vapour infusion through a 450L traditional copper pot still with our vapour botanical basket. We even use Newcastle City water to take down the nal “new make spirit” from 78% to a strong but hearty 40%.

Our original London dry gin with subtle notes of juniper, sumac, orange peel, Iranian hibiscus, rose petal and coriander.
